Seit dem Tag als DU gingst von mir,
stecken zwei Leben tief in mir.
Das Heute in der jetzigen Zeit
und mein anderes Leben in der Vergangenheit.
Mein lächelndes Gesicht zeig ich im Heute,
so wie es erwartet wird von den Leuten.
Versteck meine Sorgen und mein Leid,
so wie jeder mich kennt aus der anderen Zeit.
Bin ich zuhause und in meiner Freizeit,
darf ich endlich leben in der Vergangenheit.

Hab endlich meine Maske beiseite gelegt,

Die anderen Leute würden es nicht verstehen,
denken alle meine Trauer müsste langsam vergehn. Drum zeig ich ihnen was sie sehen wollen,

Engelsträne

Auf einem hellen Sterne
sitzt traurig ein Engel und weint,
der Mond in stillem Kummer
ganz blass auf die Erde scheint.

Die Wolken schließen die Tränen
sanft - leise in sich ein,
in jedem Regentropfen
wird eine Träne sein.

Sie fallen auf die Erde
und stille über Nacht,
ist eine leuchtende Rose
aus diesen Tränen erwacht.

Siehst Du die rote Rose
dann bleibe einmal stehen,
niemals sollst Du ganz achtlos
an ihr vorüber gehen.

Höre wie sie leise flüstert
aus Tränen wurde ich geboren,
Du darfst mich niemals brechen
sonst ist die Liebe verloren.

Denn kleine Engelstränen
aus tiefer Liebe geweint,
haben sich in den Nächten
mit Regentropfen vereint.

Als rote Rose der Liebe
bin ich auf Erden bekannt,
